Refund policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return from the day you received the item. Due to the characteristics of the product, the freight is very high, and all the logistics costs and taxes generated by the return need to be borne by the buyer.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused. And, taking into account the characteristics of electric motorcycles, packaging, iron rack packaging or wooden box packaging should be restored before returning. If the product is damaged due to packaging problems after receipt of the return, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding cost from your refund. In addition, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping documentation, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items not requested for return will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, you can contact us at service@rocksmotorcycle.com.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and get it right.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return what you already have and buy something new separately once the return is accepted.
The EU's 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the freight incurred in the whole transportation process.

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if you approve the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded together with the original.
