All product prices not include shipping and applicable taxes. Our professional international logistics team ensures the safe delivery of goods to your designated location. The preparation time for the goods is 10-14 business days, and the transit time is approximately 30 days. Therefore, from the time of payment to delivery, it will take about 40-45 days.
In the event of a return, all transportation expenses incurred during the return process will be borne by the buyer.
We provide a one-year warranty against damage caused by non-human factors.In the case of any breakage, damage, or quality issues, please contact us immediately service@rocksmotorcycle.com. We promise to provide free replacement parts or items. However, considering the associated costs, we recommend that you carefully consider whether to return the goods.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means that you have 7 days from the day you receive the goods to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused. And, taking into account the characteristics of electric motorcycles, the packaging should be restored before returning, iron frame packaging or wooden box packaging. If the product is damaged due to packing problem after receipt of the return, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding cost from your refund. In addition, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and get it right.

The EU's 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the freight incurred in the whole process of transportation.
